These guys are great. They are professional hard working folks. Please be careful,the first time I moved I thought this was the company I was calling but when I got the bill, they were S&S Movers from Mandeville, LA. They used a Baton Rouge number and a name similar to this one. They damaged my contents and were nasty folks to deal with. Next time around I made sure to use the right folks.

We chose this company because I'm an LSU graduate and liked that the owner started the business while in school there.

He started out as helpful, friendly and assured us even on the morning of our move he would do whatever it took to complete the move in one day (which was just across town). After four hours and a full truck of our belongings, he stated that he would not be completing our move as he had to go and move someone else.

He then became beligerent, insulting began using profanities and raised his voice when we expressed our lack of understanding for this sudden change of plan. He even suggested he wouldn't unload the truck and then keep our belongings hostage! Doug said he could just not understand why we were 'holding on to' his initial agreement that he would make sure the move was completed that day.

He finally did unload the truck and we signed an agreement that he would be back the next day to complete the job. He did come back the next day only to notate each and every item that needed to be moved, and then began stating he would not move certain items he had previously agreed to move. After about 3 minutes he just decided he wasn't going to finish the job and walked away.

The men physically doing the moving were a bit rough at first, but ended up being great and understanding guys.
