They are crooks, ive been browsing though local flooring outlets and they certainly do not have the best prices! If your shopping here i would suggest you browse stores a little before making any commitments!

Did not like their "member's only" sales pitch or that the kick back concept. I bought elsewhere.

Was referred to this "members" only floor store... Later found out the decorator that refereed me didn't give me "her insider discount" I mean really.. I was buying floors, didnt like the idea of my decorator getting kicked back on her referral......went elsewhere

Was very disappointed when I learned they pay a "kick back" to there, USO called "members" which means my friend that highly recommended them did so just to make money... There prices weren't competitive... Sales staff arrogant.. Owner, Danial Kennedy is claiming to be a Jehovah witness, but a god fearing man wouldn't run a business based upon deceit!!
