Provided by YPmobileI went after work at 12:30a.m. They charged my card wrong. They had me waiting in drive thru for at least 5 minutes (not a big deal, it's late). BUT My fries were dumped in the bag. They were also cold and old. The lady at the window blamed a coworker, said sorry, and shut the window in my face. No offer to fix my order. Just plain rude. I would give them negative stars if I could. Wish I wouldve caught the woman's name as well, so I could tell her boss. At least my hot and spicy mcchicken tasted fine.
P.S. this has not been my only bad experience here, though typically the staff is nice.
