Great experience. I use the purple bag service (easy drop off & pick up) as well as the delivery to my office.
Saves time and after using a dry cleaner for 15 years, it's never been easier!

Oh, if only I could give NEGATIVE stars.



The older reviews below mine .. are 100% accurate. I have been doing steady weekly business with them for 7 months and in this time I have received shirts with broken buttons, shirts with white spots (NOT starch as I don't starch my shirts) that had to be recleaned and shirts that had OUT OF PLACE creases and folded over fabric on the collars, pockets and button flaps. The workmanship is not there .. they are all about volume. They don't even look at the shirts as they press them .. how do I know?



They pressed a shirt that had semi-rubber buttons (problem 1 .. no one looked at the shirt when loading it). This caused the buttons to melt and left melted red rubber in the press machine .. to which they then proceeded to load my shirts in the machine leaving melted red rubber on several of my shirts. This is just someone not paying attention to their job .. plain and simple. After this experience and the ensuing [lack of] Customer Service .. I am moving my business to a different cleaners and I would urge all who read these reviews to consider yourself warned and consider moving before you end up with ruined clothes!
