I wish I could give it less than 1 star!



I took a suit skirt to them once and when i got it back the hem was unraveled. I did not find this till the next time I wore the suit. When I took it back to them with their tags still attached and clearly unworn, they refused to fix it saying that it’s been more than a month and they can’t do anything!

Having forgotten their terrible service I recently took a pair of pants and a skirt to them for dry cleaning. They charged me $16 for the two pieces saying that the skirt has a lining and therefore it’s double the cost! I would have never given them my clothes if they had been upfront about the cost!

What a rip-off! Save your money and clothes and don’t go to Keans!
