I paid 30 bucks for a cut/style, but what I got was a $5 cut a toddler could have given.

Cara did a poor job. The counter staff asked what they could do to make it right, I said I want the owner to see this terrible cut. Instead they offered a free cut when it grows out. As if I would give someone else in there a crack it. The owner must not care about the client I didn't even so much as get a courtesy phone call from him. Cara should be fired. If the owner had seen this cut for himself he would agree!
