There is a sign in the window that touts drycleaning 3 pieces for $9.99. I brought in 6 pieces - slacks, shirts and 1 dress. When I picked it up I was charged $6.50 for the dress not $3.33. The elderly man who works there does not appear to speak English. All he would say is 'dress extra.' I found a button missing on one of the shirts. I wanted to know who I could contact to find the button. I could not get him to understand that I wanted to call the place where the actual cleaning is done. He got very upset with me and kept saying bring and I will fix for you. It is a special button, blue, and not easily replaced. I am looking for a new dry cleaners.

I took in my daughter's formal gown to be cleaned and when I went to pick it up they charged me $100 saying it was a wedding gown. I made it clear to them when I dropped it off that it was a formal gown that she was wearing for graduation (at her school the girls wear white formals to graduate in.) I asked to speak to the owner and I was given the brush off. They did not tell me up front there would be additional charges for the dress. For $100 I expect more than cleaning and pressing. There weren't even stains on the dress. She wore it for 3 hours and never got any food or beverage on it, just a little dust around the hem from the dance floor. I feel this charge is ridiculous and I am pursuing LEGAL ACTION against them. Also, their attitudes are TERRIBLE!!
