If using a debit/credit card, there is not a card machine at the drive through. Therefore, the card is taken out of your site to be scanned through a machine in the front of the store. My husband and I both have had our card numbers stolen in the last month and the only common factor is this establishment. When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me that all of their locations were that way. Just be aware!
