I will never use 1800Flowers again. I trusted them to provide a funeral arrangement for a family member since I could not attend in person. The flowers were never delivered. Nor was I notified that they were not delivered until I inquired about my delivery confirmation. I was never contacted via phone even though they had my number. Then to add insult to injury their way of 'making it right' was to offer me a 20$ voucher towards my next purchase, which I found incredibly insulting. Who on earth thinks it's ok to try and get MORE business out of someone that you totally let down? Especially with such a touchy event as a funeral. Oh and offering to send LATE flowers to someones home is equally disgusting. "Hey, here's a belated sorry about your dead loved one" is just tacky and rude. This was not for a birthday, it was FUNERAL. Belated flowers are just an insult. In a nutshell, had I not asked for my delivery confirmation I would never have known the flowers never made it and I also would have been out 100$. Ridiculous. This company is not to be trusted.
