Our air conditioner wasn’t working. Sullivan came the same day we called and within our requested time frame. The technician, Jevin was very polite and did a great job. The final bill was reasonable. I would recommend Sullivan to all.

Don't have Sullivan do your work unless you like to be overcharged. Just lost this customer

Sullivan oil & Propane installed a tankless propane water heater and hooked up a propane heater. Their service representatives answered all our questions. The Sullivans run a first class operation.

I called Sullivan for service on a water heater & scheduled for Thursday, late that afternoon I gave them a call, the unit needed a water valve and they were to advise me of costs. I called late Friday & was told the tech was on his way to install the part, I was to receive a call regarding cost first. The cost was over $650. I told him not to proceed and send me a bill for the service call.

Monday no call. I drove to their office and was told that I would be charged $190 I felt this was unreasonable and asked for the manager to call me. No one called!

I received the invoice for repair, the scheduled time is stated as between 8:00 & 10:00 yet I am billed for 2 hrs labor from 7:30 to 9:30 on top of that they charged a $79 service charge to show up. These people are dishonest in their business practices It is not true because that day the office called me at 7:54am to confirm the service address. I find it hard to believe it took 2 hrs to diagnose the unit. Really sorry I used them!
