He gave us a code that didn't work and wouldn't answer the phone on the weekend when we tried to get help. So we paid for a different unit at another facility because the movers were pulling into town and we had no options. Then Lone Star Storage charged us $100 for "holding our unit" for us and refused to provide a refund, even though I had called and left a message the same day explaining what I had to do. I cannot stress strongly enough that you should avoid this place.
