I emailed the 006258 store in Basalt, CO to verify their inventory for my 2005 Scion xA. I hadn't heard back that day so I called the next day and spoke with a very nice gentleman who explained my two tire options. Later the same day Dennis did respond to my email and asked that I call the store, which I already had, but I did call to see if making an appointment was adventageous. Dennis again restated the exact same information the other gentleman did with my teontire options, further explaining the process of replacing two tires at a time instead of all four at once. I came to Big O Tire expecting the tire selections and price I had been twice told. Instead I meet Victor, the completely aloof frat boy who couldn't even find the customer service phone number for Big O Tire. Not only did he not know what tires Dennis and the other gentleman were talking about, he quoted me something completely different and told me, "I don't know what to tell you, I'm the only one here now." Oh really? So corporate policy for BOT is to quote people one thing and sticker shock then when they come in the door? Dennis was so nice I was going to go ahead and buy the four more expensive tires. Now I'm replacing just the two and I will never come here again, and wherever I can leave this review you bet I will.
