This client was originally charged with 40 counts of Possession of Child Pornography and Felony Drug Possession. After serving a prison sentence he was placed on probation. He hired me seeking early termination and that was denied. I obtained permission for him to visit with his minor child but he has not complied with conditions set by family court. I was hired on 6-3-15 and the hearing was held 60 days later on 8-3-15. The first available date. The reason Scott L. owed me $500 was because his brother issued me a worthless check on his business account. Unfortunately this client was a professional whiner.

I hired John Liguori to represent me the only complaint i have is that as soon as he gets your money he will not return your phone call. I made numerous phone calls to his office and his secretary always told me that John wasn't there and that she will give him the message. John never call me back and i called him numerous of times and never got a response from him.I was so upset but I learned my lesson all I wanted was a phone call so I could discuss my case.
