Provided by YP.comI was having a really hard time finding a wedding dress recently when a friend of mine recommended that I try King's Court Gowns. I am taller than average and not a small girl. All the gowns at the other shops were made for tiny people the size of a toothpick, not an average girl like me. I had a picture of a particular dress that I was interested in but it didn't come in my size. I also wanted a particular color that the manufacturer didn't offer. At King's Court Gowns the owner showed me swatches of over 100 colors for me to chose from and then she took my measurements. The dress arrived yesterday (in only 6 weeks) and it is BEAUTIFUL! The gown fits me perfect and the color is exactly what I wanted. I can't wait till all my friends and family see me in this dress.

Provided by YP.comThe owner was very friendly to work with when purchasing our dress. However, the night of prom, the back of the dress completely ripped out. When I called to speak with the owner, she was rude and suggested that my daughter had caused the dress to rip by wearing it out! She told me if I had called her earlier, she could have had a seamstress in my area help us, which was illlogocal, and refused to offer us our money back. She did not commit to the quality of her product. Rude, thoughtless, and dishonest business practices.
Unfortuately, I can not vouch for what happens to a dress once it leaves the premisses. The girl tried the dress on here and the zipper worked just fine while she was in the store. It is unfortunate that the zipper broke at such an inopportune time. Had the customer contacted me at that time, I definitely would have seen that it was fixed immediately. I am sure her daughter was very disappointed and that breaks my heart. You can tell by our prices that we are not in business to become rich but to make sure that every women has the dress of their dreams for their special occasion.
