Provided by YP.comWe contacted them via the internet and got an immediate reply and then one of their customer care coordinators called us. He was unprofessional, immature and ridiculed us for having a Kia Soul. We have done our research online and a Kia Soul can tow up to 2000# with 200# on the hitch. He asked what kind of lawn mower engine we had in the car and ridiculous questions about the hitch. After this experience, we would never recommend this business to anyone, especially anyone needing informative answers.
