Bartow Elementary Academy, a magnet school, offers educational and extracurricular programs for children up to fifth grade. Established in 1993, Bartow Elementary s curriculum includes mathematics, English, science, physical education, history, geography, economics, music, and arts and crafts. The school s extracurricular activities include knowledge bowl, junior-senior banquet, state fine arts and academic competitions, band and choir concerts, and National Honor Society. Located in Bartow, Fla., it regularly organizes an array of social events, including musical concerts, donkey basketball game and field day. Bartow Elementary Academy offers a number of sports programs, such as girl s and boy s basketball, cheerleading, baseball, tennis, badminton, swimming, soccer, and softball.
