I called mistakenly and asked for someone I know who also works in the appliance business. The first time I called the man just hung up on me. I thought that I had been cut off so I called back. This time the man very abruptly informed me that there was no one there by that name and hung up again. It is possible that he could've helped me had he just given me a second to tell him what I needed. He can rest assured that I will not be bothering him again.
