I called 5 Appliance/supply compaines for a $7 dollar part. They did not have it and did not offer to order the part. I called and spoke to ??, which offered a quick fix solution until my part could be ordered. I was able to wash/dry the mound of clothes that has piled up since my dryer stopped...Very friendly guy, sorry I did not get his name...
