The professional and courteous response from the receptionist to the technician was wonderful.. In this current heat wave I was without A/C for 4 days.. Called several companies but NO-ONE responded back... Carr-Ford picked up phone, first try... Spoke to a lovely woman, explained my situation and she said she would get back to me ASAP... and she did better than that... she actually sent a repair man... He was Great.. Fast, Cost Effective, Professional

I recently had a sewer pipe clog. Phoenix came out and gave me an estimate right away. They then did all the permitting and told me when the job would be started. They started the job on time and completed it in a timely and professional manner. The final bill was also way below other estimates that I received. I would highly recommend this company.
