We had UltraGeothermal install Geothermal unit in our home. The unit that they were supposed to get never came in. They had to change vendors. Once they changed the vendor, the unit that came in, never worked. They had to order a replacement.



They installed the unit in the wrong place in our home, right next to our plumbing pipe, and over our back pipe in the floor. Plumbers cannot work when they come to our home. They left behind dust everywhere. They scratched our hardwood floor where they put vents in.



They did not instruct us on how to use the unit, or clean it. Our water heater they installed would leak all over the floor. We had them come out and they tech cleaned it, but it caused damage, and mold in our basement. Both of which they are denying.



The water heater makes our downstairs very cold, we have 1 zone, since we were told that we would need a whole additional unit for another zone. This causes the downstairs to be 15 degrees colder. When we spoke with Ultra they said essentially oh well.



When confronted about the plumbing issues, we were told we could not be customers of theirs anymore.



I have spoke with other plumbers, and installers of Geothermal. What they did was completely wrong per these other plumbers and Geo installers.



Ultra was the first that came up on Google, and the best looking website. Do not be fooled by this.

I was spending a fortune with my current heating system. I called Ultra Geothermal to get information as to the benefits of how a geothermal system could help me out. My 2000 square foot home was costing me over $3K a year for heating alone. They were able to provide me with a system that would provide heating, cooling and a portion of my hot water needs.

This year my total cost was about $1,200.00. My wife and I were ecstatic!! Not only did this system provide me with heating and cooling, but overall we were living in a healthier environment and reducing our carbon footprint.

Their installation was impeccable!! The installation team was professional and we could not be happier. The money that we spent on this system was well worth it. We could not be any happier!!!
