I had been going to Ricks for many many years to buy quality dog food. When my dog had an adverse reaction to a Fromm product, they refused to refund even though the Fromm company promises a money back guarantee for any reason. Very disappointed, I will never return to buy any product from this local store:(

Ricks, is a great place to go for supplies, but has a limited selection of actual pets.



Like the local help from the owner and knowledgeable staff, but few actuals pets.
