Mindi N. did a great job grooming Abby, our Cavapoo. We wish Mindi worked near us, she would be our groomer. Abby is very apprehensive at the groomer and Mindi was very gentle and sweet with her. She groomed her exactly like I asked her to. Thank you Mindi!

My Dog Ej who is 8 months old schnauzer. I took him to Petco in Barre Vt, for his first haircut. which I loved. Roxy is the one who cut his hair then. The second time I took him. Kathy cut his hair, which she did a horrible job. He was shaved here and their. She took his eye brows off. it was a horrible job. Let me tell you I was not pleased. I just took him again on Saturday the 26th of July. I asked for Roxy when I made the appointment. I get their and Kathy took him in. I told her what I wanted done to him. Shave his back and on the legs and do his face and nails. I came back to pick Ej up and his skirting was taken off from him. If you know a schnauzer their look is skirting and face. I was so mad. I asked Kathy why was his skirting off, and she said I thought that is what you wanted. I told her that is not what I told her. She said well I am sorry. I won`t charge you. That does not bring back my dogs look. She wasn`t suppose to be cutting him anyway. I asked for Roxy. I think they just lost my Business
