As a resident of 6 years now I would recommend this community to ANYONE. The office staff are great, anytime you have a question Kaitlyn & Tiffany are happy to help. The maintenace staff are quick to get to any maintenace issues. Rod, B.J., and Larry make sure when so m ething breaks it's fixed right the first time most of the time within 48 hours or less unless they are waiting on parts. The grounds and ammenties are great. Summertime sitting out and socializing with other residents or just watching the ducks and geese, or just watching those whoo fish casting a line. I mostly chill in the pool or ride my bike in this quiet community. On a 10 scale say 11+.
