In my experience, they were an absolute mess. I’ve rented from various enterprise locations many times for personal and professional reasons. They were great when I picked up the car. I discovered the next day that it was leaking oil. When I contacted the branch to assist with swapping out my car and coordinating with a closer branch, they were not helpful and told me to go to the other branch. The other branch is smaller and I know they tend not to have much in inventory and as I anticipated the smaller branch told me they couldn’t guarantee a car by that evening or the following evening. I had to call back to Bardonia and insist on speaking with a manager who finally coordinated to drop a vehicle off for me to the smaller branch the following evening so I could pick it up at 5pm. I arrived a few minutes past 5 and there was no vehicle there for me. FORTY minutes later, I’m still sitting at the smaller branch waiting for that vehicle to show. They had 26 hours to get a vehicle to this branch for me and apparently couldn’t be bothered. The manager of the smaller branch was very helpful and called several times to check on the status of the vehicle. I took off 2 hours from work, lost pay, called in advanced, and made sure to thank everyone for their help. I’m not sure why a flagship location couldn’t provide top notch service. I will NEVER use this branch (or enterprise) again if I can avoid it. And, for the record, no one from the Bardonia branch even bothered to apologize for the inconvenience. I was hit by a drunk driver and am having to make these sacrifices. It’s ridiculous.

The employees at this establishment are so magnificent courteous warm and genuine. You are the reason I keep coming back, and referring others.

I always rent from this location. The customer service is outstanding. As well as the quality of the vehicles.
Once in a while, they are short vehicles, but they will always upgrade you if they don't have your class.

I had been a frequent renter from this location and a member of the frequent renter club. This last rental was so bad from a customer service standpoint, I may go to another company, not just another location. When asked why I only had 1 key for the car, they said that the previous renter never turned the keys or remotes. I asked if I can get a second key for my wife who is also listed as a driver. The answer... only 1 person drives at a time. Over 2 days and multiple phone calls, trying too change vehicles or get a second key, the Manager Alex thought it was a joke. When my wife pointed out to him the main reason was the key could get locked in the car or get lost, Alex laughed and said call road side service. Had no regard for our time or safety sitting on the side of the road waiting.
