This office has seen my children throughout their whole childhood. My boys started with Dr Mcdonald who would call us after our appointments just to make sure our boys were ok. After he retired it became a more strictly business office but their care is still exceptional. Drs Collin and Dwyer have seen our boys on short notice many of time and they even have Saturday hours for when there is a come home Friday sickness. I would recommend them to every one.

If I could rate this practice lower, I would. No one from this office is capable of making a reminder phone call, and I have had to reschedule my daughter's yearly well-checkups four times in 11 years--how is it possible that so many appointments can be missed? The staff is too busy to take the time to write anything down correctly. Would you like to reschedule? The doctor can see you in six weeks!! I'm done!

This business deserves 0 (zero) stars! They have taken on way too many patients. They can never see an ill child, they will not see a well child in the evening or the weekends. They will not even answer the phone 1/2 hour prior to closing! What a terrible group of Doctors, you make Children's Hospital look bad!
