I agree. The current HOW president, Katie Murphy just finished leaving me a very disrespectful, threatening voicemail regarding my delivering Avon brochures to residents. I am also a resident here and have several wonderful, very nice customers here. It just seems to me that Ms. Murphy has no life and has nothing better to do than to drive around in a little golf cart and "Spy". I feel sorry for her. I do not recommend her for anything

the HOA is awful....they all have 100 lb heads. The residents threaten others with guns. The elderly people here pick on the newer, younger people moving in. If you're smart the only way to buy property in Banning Estates is to own rental property. Some folks nice but most just plain nuts.
