Initially I thought this was a great experience however, when my Mother's wishes were not included in the irrevocable trust created by Roberta, I was very disappointed. From that point on, she refused to honor my mother's directions and mine, as my mother's executor, and refused to follow required lawful procedures and to answer legal questions from my mother's attorney. Documentation I received from Roberta indicated extremely poor fiscal management and a reluctance to provide adequate accounting.

I thought she was as great as the other review until I applied for a job and my offense showed up on my record. The offense that was supposed to disappear after I met conditions of release. It has now been a year and she has not returned multiple calls to get this taken care of. She makes you think she's great and that she cares while you're paying her but clearly doesn't follow through and do her job. Ridiculous excuse for a lawyer!
