CLOSED NOW - Closed

I'm not even sure where to start. First of all our landlord is very unpleasant to deal with (though luckily we don't have to often), so I should have known from the start that this was a bad call. On top of that our bathroom sink started leaking, none of the doors inside the apartment latch or stay closed, the kitchen cabinets arent even big enough to fit normal sized plates so im forced to keep them in the cabinets until the counter, our refrigerator is so small we can barely fit anything in there, our tub is constantly draining so it's impossible to take a bath. And to make all of these minor problems worse, our building has started to SHAKE. All of the research I've done points to poor foundation and structural problems. Yes, the house is old but I feel very unsafe here. The shaking lasts anywhere from ten seconds to thirty with enough force to make things in my house nearly topple over. I am for a fact never renting from this company again.

This is not a good company. I signed a lease with the understanding that there would be on site laundry. 3 or 4 months after signing the lease the closed the laundry room. The laundry room was filled with very old machines. When they broke, the company accused the residents of Aspen heights of vandalism. I would never sign another lease with this company.
