I guess I just figured out today why everyone says their customer service sucks. I called to get pizza delivered and kindly asked the girl how much is the pizza and her smart tale going to say "the same price they is everyday" and I said well I don't order from you all everyday if that once every 2 years. She said O and I said never mind and hung up. They lost a customer for life. It needs to be at least a half star to give them.

There food is horrible and bad customer service I ordered a cheese steak n I thought american cheese came on it n they would not replace it don't order from them n the lady hung up on me

If I could give no stars they would get it. I called 1st to verify if they delivered to my area (school on N. Dukeland St.), told they did, almost an hour later get call from driver, not only is he near some terminal he doesn't have GPS to find the area. Get a call from white girl saying that he cannot find me and they do not deliver this far. Now you have over $40.00 worth of food that you are too trifling to get mapquest or something to help the person locate the money? Then had the nerve to ask me if I could meet the driver at Mondawmin , really? If I could get to Mondawmin I would have been ordering food at Mondawmin. (because the driver still cannot find the place all he had to do was drive to Dukeland) and he would have been her. Anyone trying to get food from here needs to make sure that you are in the downtown only area. Go with NICKS!!!!they are the best. They are now about to get my money since vizzinis does not value customers.

The food sucks the women that works at the counter is ugly she all ways getting smart with u its dirty.the prices are to high and there to many hood rats they hang out front would not recommend to anyone
