Absolutely terrible service. Filled out forms online with payment information included. We get there to get the truck and dolly we rented and they won't give it to us without the card physically present even with the ID card and everything else showing I am the owner of the other card used. I just so happened to leave it in front of the computer after I did the online payment. They had zero empathy and maybe even a little joy when they realized the car we needed to tow might be towed to an impound lot because of this. Will NEVER go here again and will never refer anyone to this sorry place.

I made the truck reservation for the Pulaski Highway location and was then given the run around as to where the rental actually was. I had to go to 3 different rental locations and was unable to pay with a check due to not being able to pick the truck up from an actual U-Haul store which is why I had set up the rental for the Pulaski Highway location in the first place. Your customer service skills are overwhelmingly lacking and your communication is even more detrimental to my view of U-Haul as a company. Never will I ever again rent from U-Haul even if they are the only nearby option. I'm highly disappointed in my experience.
