I have had a storage unit for about a year now and I have been grateful that they are so helpful, informative and personable. I have had some financial problems and have had some trouble paying. The on-site manager Rachel M. has gone above and beyond to help me and work with me by offering discounts and promotions. They have also been very patient. They are always friendly and informative. The facility is kept clean and organized. They stay on top of details so there has never been any problem accessing my storage unit. I'm grateful for their willingness to show me excellent customer service

l've been doing business with Security Public
Storage since 2021 and I feel every sense of the word secure l'm very comfortable and would recommend my family, friends and associates to this great storage establishment a VERY CLEAN PLACE IT WILL BE WELL WORTH IT!!!

I've used this storage facility for several years now and everything is always well kept. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I highly recommend Security Public Storage if you are looking for a place to store your belongings long or short term. They are very reasonably priced and it's close to the city.

Rochelle at the front office is amazing. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, professional and honest. This facility is very clean. Supplies are available and prices are reasonable.

The only issues I have is that they're not 24hrs and that there is constant concrete debris falling into my unit from either the ceiling or walls. I've asked to be moved with no response. Otherwise they are ok. Unit 5011A (FC)

Been there quite sometime,never a problem,courteous staff, reasonable rates, great location,variety of units to choose from.
