This is a great store. They do charge more than average, but you can't beat the convenience!

The Postal Secretary seriously overcharges. In the past I have used them for mostly drop offs or buying stamps and the people are very nice. However today I mailed a priority mail flat rate box and they upped the price by 40%. I questioned why it was so high and was merely told that was the rate - not that they add a $5 service charge etc. When I got home and realized the rate was really significantly lower than their charge I called and they were not helpful. I understand they are a private business and need to stay open but they need to have more transparency and let the customers know when they add fees, especially after I questioned the price. Furthermore a 40% increase on a flat rate mailing seems absurdly high. I will not use them again and advise others not to as well.
