Tom, came right over after Verizon, messed up my 4 email accounts. He explained to me that Gmail would work better for me, (as I use outlook) Because Verizon was sending everyone over to AOL account and when they did lose all my address. He was a heaven sent. He set up my new accounts I am so glad he was recommended to me.

My first experience with PC Troubles was in early 2013 when Tom Rago arrived at my home to provide service for my Dell desk top. The Dell machine was top of the line when I purchased it 5 or 6 years earlier. I had a long conversation with Tom as he was repairing the machine. I was so impressed with his knowledge and expertise that I decided I would contact PC Troubles if I had further computer issues. I have two desk top computers and one lap top. Later that same year I attempted to load Windows 8 on my desk top. The upgrade did not go well and I called Tom to come and fix it. He picked up the unit and took it to his place of work. As I recall it was going to cost more to fix it than it was worth. I decided to purchase a new desk top built by PC Troubles. On my invoice it is described as a Commercial Asus server/home base desktop tower. Commercial Asus mother board, totally upgradable. With high resolution video AMD 4 core 128 gig SSD drive, 48 speed LG DVD writer, 1 terabyte hdd, 4 gig Ram. It came with all the software I needed plus antivirus software. The speed of this computer still amazes me. I am now running Windows 10 with 2 monitors. It is the best and most reliable computer I have ever used. Last year I had Tom upgrade my wife's desk top and my lap top. All three computers are running Windows 10. Occasionally when an issue arises with any of the three I phone Tom, he takes control of the machine with Team Viewer and fixes it. At this point I am so pleased with PC Troubles that I recommend them to my friends and family. The prices are reasonable and I can not think of anything they could do to improve their service.

Oh my goodness, Tom is always so responsive when my computers act up. We rely, for our event production company
all 8+ of our computers to be working at all times. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and always listens, to what I might of done to any of our computers. He has always been able to fix
any of my issues. Recommend him to all

I have used Pc Troubles before they are always fast and accurate in detecting my problems. I know a thing or 2 in computers but sometimes I don’t Pc Troubles are great they don’t waste time and are reasonably priced. In a scale from 1- 10 I give them an over 10 rating Thank you Pc. Troubles

What can I say but awesome I was in Baltimore for a meeting. I had a lot on the line had all my info on my laptop. I was going over every thing when my laptop went dead no screen no any thing . I called around and could not get any one to look at my laptop fast. When I got a hold of PC TROUBLES INC. they said come on in we will get you back going . They was very nice had my laptop going in about a hour and it is running better then when it was new. Thank You guys you saved me

Call these guys ,had apointment in 2 hrs, they where early, stayed 1.5 cost me $84.80 i got thier antvius kit they said i shouldnt need a tech again,they clean all my files now lets see.
