I have used Park's many times. They are reasonably priced and I have always experienced fast service. The only issue I have with them is that it is often hard to understand the "receptionist". Considering that Park has his Asian mother working the phone and she has a thick accent, it is not surprising that it is difficult to understand her. I have never had any other trouble with their service. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quick, inexpensive service on their vehicle. I would recommend you get to know the owner as he seems to put more effort into fixing the vehicles of those he is friends with. He and I are very friendly so my car is ALWAYS repaired quickly.

This is not a place I would recommend if you are expecting quick and reliable service to your vehicle. Usually I support small businesses, but this is an exception. Having purchased a used car from a friend I needed a Maryland State Inspection completed. Knowing that the inspection would only take about 4 hours at the most, I don't worry about it. However, a MONTH later, the inspection is still not complete. This businesses only has TWO mechanics on site. When I asked why the inspection had taken so long, I had been told that they "forget a lot" and that "it will be done as quickly as possible". Very unacceptable service. Yes the place is cheap and they don't charge an arm and a leg, but you get what you pay for. Please, look for another auto service because this place will have you waiting a very LONG time if they forget to service your car.
