They seemed kind initially. Then after waiting an hour past my time once my daughter got in the chair for her turn not only did the rude light lady in the back right have an attitude about us deciding on style the work was terrible. I hated her first braid then we dropped down to 2 braids just to get her hair done for school and far away. My daughters part isn’t even! On top of having an entire jar of shine n jam on her head.
