Provided by YP.comI was searching for a place to take my prints and decided to bring them here based on a recommendation. The consultation and choices were excellent but I ended up waiting over 6 weeks to get my my prints back, which seems like an excessive amount of time since I just wanted something simple. The staff was unapologetic after I called numerous times and left messages. I felt like as soon as they had my money, there was an immediate decline in overall service. In addition, when I picked up my photos, the owner or manager seemed to be obviously angry about something which made me and the girl behind the counter very uncomfortable. I don't think I will be bringing my other work here.

Provided by YP.comI worked in framing years ago so I find myself being a little harsh when judging others frame work, but I am always satisfied when I go to JLP. Their quality of workmanship and materials far surpass any other shop around. They make their own frames with customizable finishes, carry high grade archival materials, french & linen mats, as well as some great commercial frames. Tell them what you want and they can make it happen. Thanks guys!

Our collection of artwork spans over 40 years and we have always had a great concern on proper conservation and framing of our artwork. The staff at James L. Pierce is always pleasent, knowledgeable and eager to address any questions or concerns we have and they come highly recommended by the area's top museums.
