I love that the staff at IPS. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. I am a fairly new property owner and I do not know many of the laws and rules that Baltimore city has in regards to rental property. They walked me through the process of registering my property with the city and MDE so that my home is in compliance with state regulations. They helped me to place a tenant in a timely manner, and they also take care of all needs for my property. That is a plus for me so that I don't have to come all the way to Baltimore to check on my property. The prices are very reasonable and I couldn't ask for a better management company.

Unless you want to get ripped off and just throw your money away..stay away from this company! Especially if you live in another state they will get over on you, take your money, and wont return your emails or phone calls! Beware..wish someone would have warned us!!
