You hold up to your name...you are an ethical company that demonstrates professionalism, great customer service, prompt communication and INTEGRITY! All technicians were courteous and kind...most of all, they made me feel comfortable and answered any questions that I might have had. They worked diligently and maintained top notch professionalism at all times. I enjoyed chatting with Ms. Ruth...great customer service...she was always available to speak to me and made sure that the technicians were aware of my concerns...loved her spirit...very friendly! The technicians were great too!!! Mosha, Wayne and John were great! They answered all of my questions and provided great feedback...I trusted their insight and definately would invite them back into my home. They kept me WARM this brutal Winter...lol. I called them sooo many times because of my extremely old furnace...they tried to save it a few times, but I had to get a new one...lol. Honest Abe Plumbing will always be a part of my contact list for sure. I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested. Wishing them blessings and much success...Monique Johnson
