Try the signature Honey Wings prepared with product harvested from the hotel's own apiary. Did you know we have 50,000 honey bees on our 7th floor apiary? The excess honey is harvested for use in our Chef’s creative recipes and our "Bee's Knees" cocktail which are un-BEE-lievable!
