They are terrible bought a diamond marriage set in diamonds kept falling out they promise to replace a life time but put fake stones in they are horrible i mean horrible and the manager attitude is really terrible to me. Will never buy there again after my ring are repaired at Eastpoint Mall

Been coming to this jewelry store for over 5 years. My experiences has been 8 out of 10 so far that's why I have continuously came back but now I have notice the sales team has changed. and now they try to pressure you into buying beyond the normal sales man pitch. Most of the merchandise are overpriced thin the MSRP recommended. In the last 5 years I have spent a little over $10,000 at this establishment so recently I went in to get a new watch .The next day I notice the date on the watch would not set so I took the watch back . I was allowed to exchange the watch but the watch that I exchange it for wasn't no good as well. And then I was told I couldn't exchange no more and that all sales are final it wasn't even 5 days from the purchase date on my receipt it says nothing about limited exchanges.the watch was still in its original plastic I haven't worn it yet. I wasn't allowed to exchange the watch or allowed store credit I asked why no one was able to answer that question-
