I worked there for also, I did not get trained properly either, and I was treated very bad when I made mistakes also, I was yelled at and the trainer tried to embarrass me and belittle me in front of the call center employees, She also belittled the employees and the supervisors did nothing about it they joined in with the supervisors? They also tried not to pay me for the days I worked.

Sorry I invested in this product, I have had my bed for less than two years now.

The bed sags, squeaks, and there is only one person sleeping in the bed, I called about the squeak, but just got put off. Too much money down the drain, for a senior citizen
