Provided by YP.comWhen I dropped off my dog to be groomed, I said BATHED not SHAVED. When I picked him up, I literally cried. Golden retrievers are NOT supposed to be BALD!! And they refused to refund my money. Management very uncaring, in fact I got the impression they thought the whole situation was funny. The dingbat groomer was actually smiling. I'm calling my lawyer and at least suing to get a refund on my money. That won't fix his hair, but it's all I can do at this point. Furious doesn't say enough.....

Provided by YP.comI ordered a cat food called Core by Wellness. It was a 12 pound bag and cost $45 at Dogma. Then next time I ordered exactly the same food at Doggy Style in the same area (Canton Square). The price was $39 there.
How come they charge so much more for the same food in the same area? Just because they want to be fancy. Do they think that they get more richer customers if they charge more...? They should think when they put a price on things like dog/cat food as they can be purchased at other locations. The price should not be that high!!! I will never order the food from them.

Provided by YP.comPet owners always talk about pet shops. the first word comes out from everyone's mouth is "Boy, they are expensive."
they certainly carry fancy things, but price is outrageous. For example, you can get a plastic food bowl for $7 at other pet shop, while at Dogma, you pay $22 for a slightly higher quality. Clothes and everything else is way too expensive and I am buying pet supply from other pet shop in the same area (Canton, Baltimore).
