Ive gotten my hoco dress last year and my prom dress today. The workers are very helpful and attentive. They give great advice. The dresses are on the higher side but it's worth It.

Beware of this store. The store has beautiful dresses; however, their salesperson is EXTREMELY DISHONEST. We picked out a prom dress and was quoted a price of $229. I repeated the price to her three times because she quoted another price to my daughter a few weeks ago. She said yes the dress was $229 and quoted $243 as the overall price. Well, when she saw my debit card, she said, "Okay, that will be $319. I thought I had misheard her but she repeated the same price." When I told her that was not the price she had quoted like 3 minutes ago, she had no recollection of what I was talking about. As we began to walk out of the store, she said, "Okay $270", which was still $41 more than the original price. In the end, I bought it because I entered planning to pay less than the $349 she originally quoted to my daughter, but this was definitely not good business. THIEVES!!!!

Completely unsatisfied with the store and the owner/women who helped me. I took my daughter there to purchase a homecoming dress. My daughters date cancelled 2 hrs. after we purchased it. I took the dress back to the store the very next day (within 24 hrs.) and the same women who sold it to me said no returns. I asked for the store manager or owner and was told he was out of the country...& oh well. My husband took the dress back 2 days later and was told by the same women who sold it to me no returns and that she doesn't care about the situation. Also said that she was the owner & that she just said he was out of the country. Wow! Way to lie to the customer! I could understand no returns on altered/special order items but this was a dress off the rack & put into a bag, never worn or taken out of the bag, all tags attached. Also it states homecoming dresses $40.00...thats not true either, she wrote party dress on the receipt and charged $95.00. This women/owner of Class Act is full of lies!
