Provided by YP.comI had a racquet restrung at City Sports, and after returning to the court to play I realized that the stringing pattern was incorrect. As a result, the racquet had zero power, so I decided to take it back to complain. As soon as I walked in the door the manager said, "I thought that you would be back with that racquet." What! He knew the job was done poorly, yet decided to allow the product to leave the store. Ensuring that your work is done properly is business 101. I would not recommend City Sports for restringing any racquets.
