Terrible service my wife had a 2 pm appointment for an oil change it is now 5:05 pm and she was still waiting. She declined an up sale attempted for a front end alignment at 3:30 pm and they said as soon as they finished cleaning the vehicle she would be able to leave. She was hoping Bob Davidson was a different type of dealership. She now has to drive on a rainy beltway in rush hour traffic to get home. I will be visiting the dealership tomorrow to speak with the manager. Totally unacceptable she will never be back!

I have been dealing with Davidson for several years now. I have always found their sales department and service department helpful. They have gone above and beyond. I will continue to use and recommend them.
