DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! If I could give a 1/2 star I would! I will NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY HERE AGAIN!After spending over $50 in this store, I noticed that the cashier put the wrong color hair in my bag. When I called to explain that I would be returning the hair, she told me that because the pack was opened she could not. The manager then takes the call and IMMEDIATELY BEGINS YELLING AT ME about the policy without hearing my side and trying to understand that I was VERY CLEAR with the cashier about the selection I wanted. NEVER IS IT OK TO YELL AT A CUSTOMER! Especially when he/she is not raising their voice. POOR BUSINESS! POOR MANAGEMENT! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
