They may have been decent in the past but service and reliability have taken a nose dive. Poor communication and items months late - not in time for the awards ceremony. Will use a different provider in the future for our league's needs.

A friend's daughter's trophy fell from a few feet and snapped the top portion off and on the bottom of the trophy was the name and address of Baltimore Trophy House; a website was listed but doesn't appear to be functioning. I gave them a call and they said to just bring it on in. I stopped by midday and it was repaired in less than five minutes for just a few dollars. The woman at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful! A wonderful experience.
