do not go there! They are on on the side of the insurance company. My car's engine light is on after their repairement and they refused to take their responsibility on it.

This is the second time I took my Honda to Baltimore Collision Center. The first time I ripped a third of my bumper off, and instead of replacing the entire bumper (which I didn't want to do) they did an amazing job reattaching and the cost was shockingly inexpensive. The second time, (yes, I tore it up again!) they fixed it at NO CHARGE!!!!! within 5 minutes. Eventually, i will have to replace the bumper, and they will be the place I take my car to. Can't say enough about how friendly, reasonable, and quality of their service is.

I utilized Baltimore Collision Center and just picked up my car this afternoon. Wow. The work was phenomenal and the price was right. If you want it done right, choose Baltimore Collision Center not just for he excellent workmanship but for the very clean work areas, the courteous staff, and the attention to detail. I will definitely be using these guys again!

My water pump went up in my car and i called around to many places and after talking on the phone with the great people here,i knew i finally got the right place.I needed the work done fast and they had me come right in,they were fast super friendly and did an awesome job on getting me in and out of there with fast and reliable service,the guys there know what they are doing and even looked my car over to let me know some things i should have done before it got worse,they arent expensive,and thats great with the way things cost these days,i wish i knew about them sooner,but from now on im not taking my car for repairs anywhere but here from now on,you cant ask for a better place to go for any repairs on your vehicle,cant wait for them to get working on the rest of my maintenance repairs,and look forward to all their business in the future!!

This shop is very clean, the staff is very professional and knowledgeable! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car repairs! Great service.

Hello,, am writing a review on the repairs on my 1999 Ford F150. I had hit a tree during the major snow storms we had this past Winter. There was $5,200.00 in damaged when it was all said and done. The repairs to my truck made it look better than it was prior to the loss. The paint which is a metallic purple was a perfect match without any imperfections. Baltimore Collision Center handled all the additional damage directly with my Insurance Company and delivered the vehicle on the date promised. All the staff was kind and understanding to my situation and care for me and the repairs of my Truck. No matter what type of vehicle I have, Baltimore Collision Center has my business for live (hope I don't need them, but if I do I know my vehicle will be repaired actually) Thank you to all at Baltimore Collision Center for your service and workmanship

Baltimore Collision gave me the best deal I could ask for. They were very honest and thorough in explaining to me the work I needed done on my jeep. I could not have asked for a more fair price for the repairs I needed. Baltimore Collision did an outstanding job replacing the hood and front windshield of my Mini Cooper. Service, competency, and speed from start to finish were excellent.

A Great Experience. The staff was helpful and friendly even though i was a little frustrated over the Accident. The repairs turned out better then i ever expected. If you need a need a repair shop, I'd recommend using these guys. They great.
