Used them to tar roof. they tarred the roof but we immediately had leaking in areas that never leaked afterwards. Called several times requesting them to come back. They said they would but wouldn't set a time and NEVER came back. Very disappointed that they didnt because they seemed to be concerned about their work. Called several times again then Andrew & Son just wouldn't return our calls. We had to get another roofer. Wouldn't use them again. Suggest anytime you get roofing work done by any roofer have the rooofer (or yourself) take "before" and "after" pics of the roof and definitely get recommendations.

We used them twice over 7 years with pretty good results. However, the last time they tarred the roof, there was leaking that occurred in areas that never leaked. The second roofer took pics of the house, showed them to us and we saw that most of the roof needed to be redone because it didnt look as if it had been done. Very surprised and disappointed. Called several times again and Andrew & Son just wouldn't return our calls. Wouldn't use them again. Suggest anytime you get roofing work done by any roofer have them take "before" and "after" pics in addition to getting recommendations.
