My husband and I had no idea we had hail damage until Jared knocked on our door offering us a free damage inspection. We have not had good luck with contractors so I was very leery to allow it but my husband insisted. Next thing you know we filed a claim and he was ordering us a new roof. Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors is by the far the most professional and organized group of contractors I have ever worked with and Jared built over 5 of my neighbors roofs, all of whom were overly satisfied. Thank you Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors, we will be referring you to all of our family and friends.

Very solid, professional, fair and quality company.....not attibutes one can find with a roofing company. They are very busy so make sure you get on their list asap and be patient. We had our roof replaced due to the April 2015 hail storm. 4,000 sq ft roof totalled, gutters totalled, part of siding totalled, screens had to be replaced. They took care of all! In fact, Jared, one of the owners was on site during the job and noticed we did not need to the roof replace a J channel as the one we had was just fine (had to remove the old shingles to see the channl was not needed to be replaced) and said he would credit us back the amount, which he did! Now that is honesty!



Some companies use 15 or 30# felt...not WW Roofing....their standard is SYNTHETIC FELT....EVERY company should use this however, the others will upcharge you for it.



We just had th Christmas rain storm dump 8+ inches of rain and NOT one leak. That was the litmus test for us!



They walk you through the details. There are NO suprises, quality work, new roof looks great! I would use again and recommend to anyone.

They replaced the shingles and flashing around my leaking skylights & showed me a few other areas that I need to watch for trouble. I really liked that they didn't try to push me into replacing my roof now and gave me some tips on ways to get the most out of this roof and when I do replace it, I will surely call Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors.

As a first time homeowner, I had no clue about how to handle a problem like the hail damage to my roof and shutters. My insurance agent sent Mike from Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors to my home, he walked me through the process and was there when the insurance adjuster came to do an inspection. His crew was prompt and polite. I would definitely work with this company again.

Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors replaced my roof and gutters and did so with great care and courtesy. The estimator and the crew was extremely knowledgeable. They got it right for the first time and we have been dry since.

We discovered a leak in our attic in early December and contacted Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors for a quote so we could plan to get it repaired before the holiday. Mike came out within a few days to inspect our roof and informed us that there were small holes along the ridge due to poor installation. He provided photos, explained the repair plan, and gave us a quote and timing estimate so that we could make our decision. He and his team were prompt and professional. We have not had any issues with our roof since.

This is the company that deserves a star for customer service and upfront explanations of the work done. Mike was the most knowledgeable in his field and the most upfront with quoting the job including all the insurance papers needed. We are very satisfied and happy with their work and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing needs.

This is the second time I've used Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors, and the second time I've been pleased with the results. Mike was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The work crew called when they were on their way, showed up when they said they would, and worked diligently to complete the job.

All work was completed on time. Drop cloths had been placed over shrubs and yard was cleaned up as soon as the roof was done. A magnetic tool was pushed over the yard to pick up nails. I am very pleased with Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors' work and would not hesitate to use the company again. This was a smooth process due to the knowledge and commitment of Mike. Mike answered all of my questions about his estimate and the roof damage and helped me tremendously with the insurance company. This was my first home insurance claim and I truly appreciate all the help I received from Mike and Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors.

Due to raccoons having created openings under the roof line and into the attic space this past winter and a driving snowstorm that dumped piles of snow through those openings onto said insulation, Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors came to our home, looked at the area and presented us with an estimate for cleaning up the old insulation and replacing it with new (better) insulation. They were on time! They were very resourceful. We have a three story house and they were not able to use the normal method of extraction (through a hose) for the old insulation so they had to hand remove it all. Even though they had to take this from third to first floor and out the door, they did not make a mess and were respectful of our property. The price was exactly as quoted and the work was done on time!

Removed two layers of old shingles, repaired decking and replaced shingles on home and detached garage. Excellent service from bid to completion. Jared came on time and thoroughly reviewed the work to be done. Price was reasonable and work was scheduled quickly. The crew that did the work kept us informed throughout the day. They were careful with the surroundings, including an ornamental tree close to the house, and did a thorough clean up when the work was completed. Great experience, thanks!

I worked with Jared to help replace my roof, gutters and downspouts after a terrible hailstorm we had. He was very quick to respond and helped provide answers and clarification to all the questions I had. The crew that worked on the roof did a fantastic job, and the gutter crew had me completely setup in no time at all. I added gutter screens to my gutters while they were at it. Jared helped me work through all these details and also worked closely with the insurance company to quickly determine what would be included in the claim and what would I be covering out of pocket. Great team from start to finish!

After a storm, I called Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors and within days my roof was fixed and the color match was perfect between the shingles and the roof. I dealt with Jared and Mike, both were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and completed the job in the exact time frame we had discussed. Excellent crew, worked diligently under the heat to get the job done quickly yet correctly. Very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of roof problems. Outstanding work done at a good price. Bonus was how very personable and nice these guys were!

We had three roofers come out to try to diagnose the source of a few small leaks in what was otherwise a perfectly good roof. Two of the three told us they really couldn't find much wrong except for a few popped nails, but Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors pointed out the several items above that needed to be maintained due to the plastic on the flashings drying out over time, and nails popping down through shingles, etc. What really rang true was the leak in our hall bathroom where the water had run in around where the plumbing/vent stack ran out of the roof. They estimated the job on Monday. We had an estimate on Tuesday. We signed it and sent it back on Thursday, and they did the work on Saturday. Very prompt! We would recommend them, and use them again.
